Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities and manage a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Provide risk advisory, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure timely placement.
- Support renewals, claims, and tender submissions.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate and build rapport across teams to design and implement growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; IIQE Paper 1 & 2 required.
- 3+ years’ experience in insurance broking or business development.
- Strong knowledge of general insurance products such as property, casualty, liability, financial lines and local regulations.
- Proven ability to conduct sustainable business development and manage client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
