Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across Trade Credit Insurance solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, structuring, closing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients (SMEs to mid‑corporates)
- Collaborate with underwriting, product, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts
- Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and emerging risks
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking activities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial reports to support business development
Who We're Looking For
- 4+ years' experience in Trade Credit, Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, GTS, or B2B financial services sales
- Strong client‑facing skills: confident, articulate, and relationship‑driven
- A hunter mentality: proactive, curious, and commercially sharp
- Someone eager to build a portfolio and step into a true business development role
- Experience handling corporate clients
- Self‑motivated with strong follow‑through and problem‑solving skills
- Degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields
