We achieve this through training, so our leaders have confidence and a true belief in discussing DEI topics with our network of employees, candidates, and clients. Our leaders believe and understand the importance of fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

As recruitment consultants, we play an important mission in addressing and promoting DEI principles into all aspects of the recruitment process, talent management and employee retention. How do we do this?

  • Conducting competency-based interviews, assessing candidates on their motivation, resilience and passion.
  • Our job descriptions are reviewed and amended accordingly to eliminate gender bias, using the Gender Decoder tool.
  • We educate potential candidates on DEI importance, such as through Interview Days and workshops.
