Irene joined Gravitas in 2014, as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Irene is incredibly passionate about recruitment and has consistently won internal awards for being the Top Biller in both Asia and Globally, as well as Top Manager Awards. Irene’s commitment and talent has seen her progress and she is now Insurance Director for Hong Kong and China.
In her role as Insurance Director, Irene leads over 25+ experienced consultants to deliver professional recruitment services for Gravitas clients.
Irene loves recruitment as it can make a direct impact on someone's life and their career. She believes that Gravitas has built something special and she loves being able to help candidates achieve excellence and reach their full potential.
Irene is also incredibly passionate and committed to developing high performance teams that have dynamic and friendly cultures.
Outside of work, Irene loves hiking, reading and spending time with her family and lovely cat!
