He is passionate about social justice and firmly believes that discrimination, of any kind, has no place in our modern-day workplace. He thinks that recruitment has a pivotal role in taking positive DEI action– from designing blind selection processes through to assessing whether company and job descriptions use language that can immediately turn off certain groups of people. By enacting simple changes like these in the way we work, we can have a big impact on our communities.
