Job Description
- Efficiently and effectively handle all types of policy alterations and policy servicing in the life insurance sector, ensuring compliance with standard procedures, regulatory requirements, contract provisions, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Distribution team to ensure prompt resolution of request level issues
- Update manuals, procedures, and operational forms as instructed
- Prepare reports for management and communicate with internal parties
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Holder is preferred
- At least 5 years life insurance policy admin experience, preferably with ILAS policy service experience
- Fast learner, self-motivated and a good team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
