Key Job Responsibilities:
- Closely work with the Senior Case Management Manager to ensure efficient case processing, compliance with policies and regulations, and continuous process improvement
- Lead and oversee a team of Case Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive productivity and quality of service
- Process new applications in accordance with underwriting, compliance, and regulatory requirements, as well as agreed service level
- Closely monitor case processing activities and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance team efficiency
- Effectively collaborate with the Underwriting team to manage the new business process and achieve business targets
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and internal policies, updating procedures as needed and conducting training for the team
- Regularly review and optimize case management workflows to improve productivity and customer experience
- Partner with internal stakeholders on assigned projects to implement business initiatives effectively
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent
- Relevant experience in insurance case management, preferably with high-net-worth clientele
- Holds or is progressing towards LOMA (Life Office Management Association) qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meeting tight deadlines
- Proficient in Cantonese and English and Mandarin
