Core requirements:
- Solid UX/UI Foundations with proven experience in end-to-end user experience and interface design
- Hands-on experience designing for AI-driven projects
- Deeply passionate about emerging AI tools and new technologies. A proactive learner who stays ahead of design trends and knows how to ethically and effectively apply them to user experiences.
- Background working within fintech environments, non-insurance BG would also be considered.
- Prior experience with Insurtech or insurance projects is an advantage.
