Associate Director / Director, HNW Case Management

This role involves leading a team to support HNW business across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The Associate Director / Director will support growth initiatives, provide expert guidance to internal and external stakeholders, and oversee operational efficiency and team development.

Role Overview:

The purpose of this role is to lead the case management team in supporting high net worth clients and distribution channels. You will drive workflow improvements, ensure regulatory and internal compliance, and manage team performance to facilitate business growth and operational excellence.

Key Skills & Experience:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in management
• University graduate
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
• Knowledge of life insurance products, premium financing, and business insurance with trust structures
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and MIS report management
• Proactive with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• High awareness of risk, sales quality, and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the case management team to ensure effective support for HNW clients across various jurisdictions
• Draft and implement optimized case submission workflows compliant with policies and regulations
• Support distribution channels such as Brokerage, Tied Agency, and Bancassurance to grow high net worth business
• Provide expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders, including conducting training for sales channels
• Review and enhance procedures to improve efficiency and monitor daily operations for compliance
• Onboard new banks for premium financing, review workflows, and secure internal approvals
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports for management purposes
• Manage and develop team members to deliver excellent support to the sales teams
