Business Analyst

Role Overview:
The Business Analyst will play a key role in managing and delivering AI and data transformation projects within the organisation. They will liaise with multiple teams to ensure solutions are accurately aligned with business requirements and support end-to-end project delivery, including testing and implementation.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience as a Business Analyst within insurance or financial services
• Exposure to AI, data analytics, or digital transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and data-driven environments
• Knowledge of .NET version 2
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and translate business requirements into AI/analytics use cases, including automation, customer insights, and predictive models
• Collaborate closely with business, data, and technology teams to define user stories, data requirements, and solution design
• Support the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), model validation, and deployment
• Analyse customer journeys and business processes to identify AI-driven optimisation opportunities such as claims, underwriting, or customer service improvements
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment across business, IT, and data teams
Requirements:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
