Business Analyst
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and process improvements.
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to define solution requirements and project scope.
- Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect management, and business sign-off.
- Assist with implementation, training, and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate project deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, and UAT.
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of digital platforms, system integrations, APIs, and data flows is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
