Role Overview:
The Business Lead will oversee the broker channel, primarily leading sales efforts and new business development within the local broker market. This position plays a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction, especially in transforming the broker business to meet aggressive targets and expand market presence.

• Experience with the PCD Broker Channel
• Strong knowledge of local broker operations and sales
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proven track record in sales and new business acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the broker channel team to achieve sales targets
• Drive new business growth and manage key client relationships
• Develop strategies to transform and optimize broker operations
• Focus on commercial product sales, with potential expansion into consumer products through brokers
• Address immediate challenges in meeting stretch sales targets and transforming the team
