We have multiple openings with both insurers and brokers at various levels. Title and salary will be depending on years of experience and expertise.

*Open to Loss Adjusters, Legal professionals, and In-House Risk Managers

Responsibilities

• Handle claims end‑to‑end through investigation, assessment, negotiation, and settlement.
• Manage claims, ensuring fair, timely, and technically sound outcomes.
• Proactively identify issues, trends, and potential exposures, escalating and addressing them early.
• Work closely with brokers, insureds, loss adjusters, lawyers, and internal stakeholders to drive efficient claim resolution.
• Provide clear recommendations and articulate claim strategies with confidence.
• Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and initiatives aimed at enhancing claims efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Solid experience in claims handling, within Property and Casualty lines (Other lines of business is also welcome) backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Hands‑on mindset with a self‑starter attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with sound judgment and commercial awareness.
• Effective communication skills, with the confidence to engage and challenge stakeholders when required.
• A genuine desire to grow, learn, and step up into increased responsibility over time.
• Good command of written and spoken English; Cantonese or Mandarin are an advantage.
