Role Overview
The SME will be responsible for providing expert guidance on compliance operations, developing and reviewing procedures, and ensuring that compliance standards are consistently met. The role reports to senior management and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement effective compliance strategies. Success in this role is measured by the consistent application of compliance standards and risk mitigation.

- Manage compliance activities and procedures effectively
- Review and develop compliance documentation and workflows

Key Responsibilities
- Lead compliance analysis and identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain compliance monitoring processes
- Manage audits and assessments related to compliance standards
- Deliver clear reports on compliance status and issues
Requirements
