Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to prepare, review, and finalize facility and security documentation tailored to corporate client needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Draft, check, and provide detailed feedback on loan agreements and related documents, ensuring they accurately reflect the terms agreed upon with corporate clients.

Follow up on precedent and subsequent loan conditions, financial covenants, and other obligations, ensuring corporate clients adhere to the terms of their financing agreements.

Proactively identify deficiencies in documentation and workflow processes; report findings and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in credit administration.

Verify the terms and conditions of loan agreements and drawdown letters, and manage the disbursement process for corporate loans, ensuring timely and accurate funding.

Prepare and monitor collateral reports for corporate clients, assessing the quality and value of collateral to mitigate risks associated with lending.

Actively participate in cross-functional projects related to credit administration, contributing insights and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system enhancements meet operational needs.

Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) specific to credit administration for corporate clients, ensuring clarity and compliance across all processes.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification, preferably in finance, business, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Credit Administration, with a strong background in managing corporate client accounts and supervisory experience.

Solid understanding of the unique needs of corporate clients, including the processing of various types of loans.

Familiarity with processing bilateral and syndicated loans, Lombard lending, and knowledge of banking practices and legal considerations pertinent to corporate lending.

A positive attitude, strong team spirit, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and corporate clients.

Language skills: Written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
