We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Digital Project Contractor within the insurance industry.
This is a 1-year fixed term contract based in Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong, with the potential for renewal based on performance and business needs. The position offers a friendly work environment and competitive fringe benefits.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and professionally, while also assisting in the coordination and delivery of digital projects. You will work closely with internal departments to identify and implement enhancements that improve user and customer experience across digital platforms.
Key responsibilities include managing daily customer enquiries with empathy and effectiveness, supporting the rollout of digital tools and platforms, tracking project timelines and deliverables, and helping to troubleshoot basic technical issues. You will also gather user feedback and assist with the documentation of project specifications and outcomes.
Requirement:
Possess a Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or digital support, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry, is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with digital platforms or content management systems.
Experience with project coordination tools or CRM systems will be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
