📌 Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
As a Vice President / Executive Director in our DCM team, you will act as a senior originator and deal leader. You will manage end-to-end transaction lifecycles, cultivate key issuer relationships, and provide high-level advisory on capital structure and timing.

Deal Origination & Execution: Lead transaction pitching, structuring, and execution for bond offerings, working seamlessly with internal teams and syndicate partners across other institutions.

Strategic Advisory: Recommend optimal issuance structures—including size, currency, tenor, pricing, and execution windows—tailored to market conditions and client goals.

Market Intelligence & Investor Insights: Deliver timely, high-impact market updates to clients and partner closely with internal Fixed Income Sales to gauge investor appetite and syndicate feedback.

Client Relationship Development: Bring and build long-term relationships with key issuers to further expand the firm's DCM coverage and footprint.

Team Leadership & Guidance: Mentor and supervise junior team members, ensuring seamless execution quality and professional development.
🎯 Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of dedicated DCM experience within an investment bank. Proven track record in the offshore China DCM market is strongly preferred.

Client Network: Demonstrated ability to bring in active client relationships to drive business expansion.

International Exposure: 2+ years of full-time work experience in Hong Kong or overseas is highly advantageous.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline.

Bonus Track Record: Prior experience in a Credit Rating Advisory role is a distinct plus.

Technical & Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented mindset, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
