HRVP

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HRVP to lead our human resources function in the technology sector, based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

This role demands a professional with over 18 years of full-spectrum HR experience, including more than 5 years at senior leadership level. Candidates must possess a strong background in major internet companies as well as proven success as Head of HR in start-up B2B environments, with regional exposure highly desirable.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives. This includes overseeing recruitment processes, designing compensation frameworks, performance management systems, leadership development programmes, and employee engagement initiatives. A key responsibility will involve adjusting and optimising the organisational structure according to business needs to ensure seamless integration of company resources and support operational excellence.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree or above. A spirit of entrepreneurship and willingness to grow within a fast-paced, evolving business environment are essential. Candidates must have a sound understanding of all HR domains, strong practical skills across various HR modules, and notable experience supporting international business operations. A deep understanding of labour laws and regulations, excellent external liaison and public relations abilities, and readiness to handle emergencies are required.
