HR Manager
The Human Resources Manager will lead the organisation’s HR function and employee lifecycle management to support business growth and organisational development. This role specializes in partnering with senior management to implement strategic HR initiatives, ensuring a high-performance culture within a dynamic environment.
Role Overview
The HR Manager reports to senior leadership and oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR operations, and compliance across Australia and Hong Kong. Success in this role involves developing and maintaining HR strategies and policies aligned with the organisation’s global workforce, fostering a strong, compliant, and engaged culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior management on HR strategy and workforce planning

- Manage the employee lifecycle activities, including hiring, mobility, and offboarding
- Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, and career development
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll systems
- Implement learning and development initiatives
- Maintain HR policies and employee records
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Support HR reporting and assist with audits and regulatory reviews
Requirements
- 7+ years’ HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law; Australian law knowledge advantageous
- Broad HR experience across recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations
- Experience within a regulated financial services environment
- Experience supporting a global workforce in a high-growth context
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Native-level written and spoken English
- On-Site work environment in Asia
