Role Overview:
The IFRS 17 Manager will oversee valuation activities related to IFRS 17 alongside the wider finance or actuarial teams, ensuring timely and accurate execution of financial reporting tasks. The role involves working closely with on-site teams in a hybrid work environment, emphasizing collaboration and compliance.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience with valuation processes, specifically related to IFRS 17
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and valuation methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage valuation activities aligned with IFRS 17 standards
• Collaborate with finance and actuarial teams to ensure compliant and accurate financial reporting
• Support ongoing projects and initiatives related to IFRS 17 implementation and maintenance
• Ensure timely delivery of valuation reports and documentation
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory and accounting standards
Requirements:
• Right to work in the relevant region
• Proven experience in valuation, especially related to IFRS 17
• Availability to work on-site as required
• Experience working in or familiar with Asia-based markets (preferred)
• Ability to commence from 21/06/2026 for a 2-week assignment
Nice to Have (Optional):
• Previous experience in consulting or advisory roles related to IFRS 17
