Role Overview
The Project Manager (VP) will oversee end-to-end delivery of multi-year transformation programs, managing trade flows, operational control frameworks, and stakeholder engagement with senior leadership. The role involves defining operational roadmaps, managing project finances, and mitigating risks to ensure successful implementation. The individual will lead teams across multiple regions, providing strategic guidance and problem-solving expertise.
Key Skills & Experience
- Lead complex, multi-year transformation programs from inception to post-implementation.
- Manage end-to-end trade flows and establish operational control frameworks.
- Act as the primary interface for senior executive, business line, and functional leadership teams.
- Manage project financials, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Define operational roadmaps, counsel project personnel, and execute complex problem-solving across matrixed teams.
- Possess 10+ years of change management experience within an investment banking environment.
- Demonstrate strong operational/trade flow foundation with insight into equities and prime brokerage.
- Prove mastery of Agile and Waterfall methodologies for multi-functional execution.
- Exhibit outstanding presentation skills for senior face-offs; fluency in Chinese is highly advantageous for regional and China-focused initiatives.
Requirements
- Right to work in Singapore or London.
- Prior experience in investment banking change management.
- Ability to work on-site in Singapore or London.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in change management.
