Manager, Data Analytics
Role Overview
Support analytics for marketing initiatives focused on digital adoption by delivering analytics, tracking, and reporting to monitor and enhance customer servicing performance. The role partners with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, perform performance and driver analysis, support predictive initiatives, ensure data quality, and provide regular insights to support sprint reviews and project execution.
- Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and tracking frameworks, ensuring accurate and timely performance monitoring.
- Analyze customer behavior and operational drivers to identify key factors influencing digital adoption.
- Support analytics activities, including data preparation, exploratory analysis, and model development.
- Provide regular insights and updates for sprint reviews and management reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data requirements and resolve data-related issues.
- Enhance efficiency through automation of data pipelines and reporting processes.
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- 5–8 years’ experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting.
- Strong experience in dashboard development, data analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with data validation, reconciliation, and multi-source data handling.
- Exposure to predictive modeling or statistical analysis preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
