Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Compile, format, and maintain business documents, management reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
- Support data preparation, reporting, and basic analysis tasks, with a strong focus on Power BI reporting and visualization.
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external parties to support operational requirements.
- Monitor deadlines, maintain accurate records, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and timing standards.
- Provide support on ad hoc assignments and special projects as directed by management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative or reporting experience; fresh graduates with strong Power BI knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Solid proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of Power BI is essential.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese.
