Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and refinement of general insurance products from concept to launch
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including underwriting, compliance, and marketing teams
- Ensure product offerings are aligned with regulatory requirements and customer expectations
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in general insurance, preferably in product development
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
