Project Manager

Our client is a dynamic organization committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a collaborative company culture, they foster innovation and continuous improvement. This role involves managing end-to-end Customer Experience initiatives that span communications, external touchpoints, and supporting technologies. The successful candidate will partner with teams across CX, Operations, Marketing/Communications, and IT to ensure successful delivery and launch readiness. This position is vital in driving projects that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Role Overview:
The Project Manager will independently oversee project delivery, including planning, milestone management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. They will coordinate testing, launch activities, and post-go-live support, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to quality standards. The role requires active collaboration with various teams, preparing executive updates, and maintaining clear documentation of progress and action items.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong project management experience in Customer Experience and Marketing Campaigns (tech exposure a plus)
• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and quality-focused delivery
• Proven deck-building and presentation capabilities (consultancy background advantageous)
• Hands-on project delivery experience
• Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Own delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk management
• Manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to post-launch support
• Prepare and present updates for steering committees and executives
• Coordinate testing, launch activities, and post-go-live support
• Document action items, track progress, and ensure follow-up on initiatives
• Attend meetings and facilitate team collaboration to meet project goals

Requirements:
• Right to work in the designated location
• On-site working environment (hybrid preferred)
• Experience in delivering customer-focused projects, particularly in CX and marketing
• Knowledge of project management best practices and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Candidate must be available to start on 14/05/2026 and commit to a 12-month contract
