Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Expansion & Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with retail, SME, and corporate clients. Deliver expert advice on mortgage and banking solutions while aligning with the bank’s strategic growth and risk appetite.

Strategic Partnership Development: Collaborate closely with external channels, including real estate agencies, financial intermediaries, and designated referral networks, to drive customer acquisition.

Mentorship & Team Coaching: Serve as a mentor to junior mortgage specialists, providing coaching, guidance, and support to foster their professional growth.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market and industry trends. Provide proactive insights and feedback to senior management to help optimize our product competitiveness and service delivery.
Requirements

Education: Diploma holder or above, preferably in Banking, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage sector, gained within a financial institution or established brokerage firm.

Licensing & Credentials: Valid qualifications in MPF, General Insurance, and Investments (HKSI/IIQE), with a commitment to maintaining ongoing CPD requirements.

Product Knowledge: Strong, comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products across retail and business segments, alongside a solid understanding of general banking, insurance, and wealth management services.

Soft Skills: An independent self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills are essential.

Languages: Fluency in spoken Cantonese and English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a definite asset.
