Senior Finance Manager
The Senior Finance Manager oversees the daily booking, accounting entries, and financial reporting for a variety of financial products within our client’s group, ensuring accurate and compliant financial processes. This role supports the firm’s compliance and regulatory obligations, contributing to its financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Role Overview
The Senior Finance Manager will manage month-end closing, regulatory reporting, and reconciliation activities. They will lead efforts to automate reporting workflows, liaise with regulators and external auditors, and ensure compliance with SFC standards. Success in this role is reflected in delivering accurate financial reports on time and maintaining full regulatory compliance.
Key Skills & Experience
- Handle daily booking and accounting entries for a wide range of financial products, including brokerage fees and commissions
- Manage month-end closing and financial reporting for non-licensed corporations within the group
- Monitor and reconcile client trading settlement funds and broker statements, including client money segregation
- Lead the preparation and timely submission of Financial Resources Rules (FRR) regulatory returns
- Conduct daily monitoring of FRR compliance, including assessing the firm's liquid capital and new business impacts
- Drive automation initiatives for FRR reporting, enhancing data extraction, calculation logic, and submission workflows
- Manage statutory and regulatory filings, coordinate external audits, and liaise with regulators and auditors
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a securities firm or financial institution
- Demonstrate solid experience in SFC FRR reporting at a licensed corporation
- Have strong knowledge of accounting treatment and booking procedures for various financial products
- Be professionally qualified (CPA / HKICPA / ACCA) preferred
- Be familiar with SFC standards and licensing requirements
- Ability to handle full-set accounts and regulatory returns independently
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
- Have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Be proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Immediate availability is an advantage

Requirements
- Right to work in the location
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting
- At least 3 years in a securities firm or financial institution
- Proven experience in SFC FRR reporting at a licensed corporation
- Familiar with accounting treatments for financial products
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA / HKICPA / ACCA) is highly preferred
- Immediate availability is an advantage
