Senior Officer - Strategic Portfolio Management

Role Overview:
The Senior Officer will assist in analysing programme and portfolio performance, tracking key benefits and trends, and supporting annual planning and prioritisation activities. The role involves close collaboration with local units and functional teams to understand delivery roadmaps and funding, as well as providing executive-level insights through clear reporting.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Project Management experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret performance data
• Experience in portfolio or programme management support
• Excellent communication skills for facilitating stakeholder and executive reporting
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse programme and portfolio performance, including comparisons of Plan, Approved, and Actual spend
• Review and track key benefits and provide trend analysis
• Maintain and track delivery status, success metrics, milestones, and KPIs against project initiatives
• Support annual planning processes by engaging with Group Pillars, Enablers, and LBU
• Work closely with LBUs and functional teams to understand local transformation roadmaps and funding status
• Support executive and board-level reporting by distilling complex portfolio information into clear themes, risks, and issues
