Role Overview
The Specialist is responsible for reviewing case requirements, conducting client due diligence, and ensuring policy issuance complies with internal standards and AML/CFT policies. The role involves accurate data entry, document management, and collaboration with various internal teams and external brokers. Success relies on strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication across diverse cultural backgrounds. The position reports to senior management and supports the end-to-end process handling for HNW insurance cases.
Key Skills & Experience
- Review emails, broker memos, and input data accurately into multiple systems
- Conduct name screening and disposition in accordance with AML/CFT policies
- Prepare and issue policies and certificates compliant with company standards
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, brokers, and clients in Mandarin and English

Key Responsibilities
- Review emails and broker memos to understand case requirements and identify necessary actions
- Input data into multiple systems, index documents, and prepare cases for underwriting assessment
- Conduct client due diligence, including name screening and disposition in line with AML/CFT policies
- Escalate issues to Compliance teams when necessary
- Ensure all new business requirements are complete and compliant before policy issuance
- Review payment and payor details, and issue policies and certificates through the group trust structure
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in life insurance operations, preferably within the HNW market
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., LOMA certifications)
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site in an Asia contract environment
- Availability to start on 11/08/2026 for a duration of 2 weeks
- Comfortable working in a hybrid working environment
