Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Maintain and grow an existing portfolio while developing new trade finance and lending opportunities aligned with the bank’s strategic vision.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate and commercial clients, delivering tailored financial solutions in corporate lending and trade financing.
- Deal Structuring: Participate in the origination and structuring of syndicated loans, review credit facilities, conduct in-depth credit analysis, and prepare comprehensive credit proposals.
- Customized Solutions: Design financial solutions for working capital and other products to meet client needs.
- Market Focus: Serve Large Corporates, including local enterprises and multinational companies.
- Risk & Compliance: Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Requirements
- University degree in Banking, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of Corporate Banking relationship management experience with proven success in syndicated loans or project finance.
- Strong command of English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and achieve portfolio growth.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for Relationship Manager level.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
