Job Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of underwriters to handle underwriting assessments and provide excellent service to sales channels.
* Monitor team performance to ensure adherence to service level agreements and maintain high-quality standards.
* Deliver high-quality underwriting services through effective communication with sales channels.
* Conduct risk assessments for underwriting cases within the assigned authority.
* Review cases recommended by junior underwriters and provide coaching to facilitate their professional development.
* Participate in relevant projects and implement underwriting initiatives or campaigns.
* Perform data analysis and prepare reports for performance monitoring purposes.
Job Requirements:
* Hold a university degree in any discipline.
* Possess a strong track record in the field of underwriting, with over 8 years of relevant experience in life insurance underwriting, including 4 years in a supervisory role.
* Possess professional qualifications in Life Insurance, such as FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute).
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Have a good command of English and Cantonese, with fluent Putonghua being an advantage.
* Be proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing applications.
