Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Agency and Banca Channel, including maintaining secretary registry, ordering name cards, preparing reference letters, and replying to IRD letters.
- Provide administrative support to the department, including handling invoice payments, preparing department budget, and business continuity plans.
- Handle the enrolment and payment for various benefits offered to agents and agency leaders.
- Coordinate with counterparties (Channel support, FIN, IT, and Agency) to ensure accurate system record keeping.
- Assist immediate manager in maintaining daily operations and improving the quality of deliverables.
- Review and update bilingual agency manuals and guidelines.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for the supervisor.
- Process improvement & digitalization:
- Participate in system enhancement/digitalization projects.
- Assist supervisors in streamlining workflows/processes by providing recommendations to improve job efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in any field.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a financial institution, with relevant experience in administrative support to distribution channels, agency movement, agency benefits, and administrative support.
- Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, Mandarin.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
