The Role
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate and SME clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting business retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service an existing portfolio of Property & Casualty insurance clients
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Understand client risk profiles and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Coordinate policy renewals, endorsements, and mid-term adjustments
- Work closely with underwriters and internal teams to negotiate terms and secure competitive coverage
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and renewal proposals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base
- Support business development initiatives when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty or General Insurance Broking
- Strong knowledge of general insurance products
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., IIQE, ACII/ANZIIF) are an advantage
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
