AI Researcher - Machine Learning Platform

Role Overview:
The AI Researcher will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the compute platform and machine learning libraries capable of handling extensive data models and simulations. This role plays a key part in maintaining high-performance infrastructure for large-scale machine learning training and research activities.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Solid experience in deploying and managing production-level machine learning infrastructure at a large scale
• Strong Linux skills, including deploying, profiling, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in containerization, parallel computing, and distributed training algorithms
• Experience with storage solutions for large-scale, data-intensive workloads
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and enhance the compute platform and machine learning libraries for large-scale workloads
• Focus on optimizing platform stability and efficiency across CPU and GPU clusters
• Use cluster monitoring and profiling tools to identify bottlenecks and improve system performance
• Manage and troubleshoot infrastructure to ensure smooth operation of machine learning models and simulations
• Collaborate with research teams to leverage infrastructure for PB-scale data model training
Requirements:
• Right to work in the relevant location
• Proven experience in large-scale machine learning infrastructure deployment
• Expertise in Linux-based environments
• Knowledge of containerization and distributed training techniques
• Familiarity with storage solutions for data-heavy workloads
• Availability to start on 08/06/2026 and willing to work on-site
Nice to Have (Optional):
• Experience working on cross-cultural or bilingual projects, especially Chinese language skills
