AI Solution Lead

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Lead to join our client's dynamic team, playing a crucial role in conceptualising, designing, and delivering innovative artificial intelligence solutions. This role demands a strong background in AI technologies and a forward-thinking approach to business challenges.

As the AI Solution Lead, you will be responsible for supporting clients across various industries in identifying AI use-cases, leading end-to-end solution development, and ensuring successful integration into existing systems. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, providing technical leadership and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions tailored to client needs.
• Conduct feasibility assessments, technical evaluations, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI opportunities.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest AI research, tools, and methodologies to ensure cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in AI/ML roles, with a focus on solution architecture and delivery.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and data engineering principles.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively guide technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an innovative mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
