We are seeking five highly motivated professionals to join a leading multinational corporation (MNC) as Audit/IT Audit specialists. This opportunity is based in Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong, and offers a dynamic work environment within a global business setting. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting internal audits with a focus on IT systems, data security, operational effectiveness, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations. You will plan and execute audit assignments, identify risks, evaluate internal controls, and produce clear and concise audit reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, as well as providing key insights to support process improvements and risk mitigation initiatives, will be essential. In this role, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills are critical to your success.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A professional qualification such as CISA, CPA, or CIA is highly preferred. A minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in audit, internal control, or compliance, ideally with exposure to both IT and operational audits, is required. Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, and ITIL is advantageous. Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin will be considered a plus.
An ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and a proactive attitude in identifying control gaps and operational inefficiencies. Experience working in multinational organisations, Big 4 firms, or highly regulated industries will be viewed favourably. The role will also require occasional travel depending on audit scopes and business needs.
