Job Description


As a Campus Recruiting Team member, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier early career talent to join our teams. You’ll work across disciplines, from quantitative research and trading to engineering and operations, ensuring we continue to shape the future of finance with the best minds in the industry. Our Campus Recruiting team hires sourcers, recruiters, and pipeline managers who want to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every decision you make has a direct impact on our business.

What You’ll Do

  • Talent Strategy: Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define needs, build robust talent pipelines, and shape hiring strategies to attract world-class candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with high-potential candidates, fostering genuine connections and understanding their motivations and career aspirations.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, talent movements, and competitive hiring landscapes to proactively adapt and improve campus recruitment strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple phases of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations and intern program management, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience for both candidates and our hiring managers.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Citadel at university events, conferences, and networking functions, showcasing our culture of excellence and innovation.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in a Campus Recruiting role at a top firm is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
