They are currently expanding their team and are seeking a dedicated Client Onboarding Officer to oversee their onboarding processes. This role involves managing the entire client onboarding experience, ensuring smooth account activation, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Role Overview:
The Client Onboarding Officer plays a vital role in facilitating seamless client onboarding activities within the securities industry. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in onboarding procedures, supporting the company's growth ambitions.
Key Skills & Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in client onboarding within the securities industry
• Strong hands-on experience with KYC and CDD processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire client onboarding process from initial contact to account activation
• Conduct thorough KYC and CDD reviews, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding experiences and operational efficiencies
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions and compliance efforts
• Stay informed on regulatory changes and adjust onboarding procedures accordingly
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client onboarding within the securities industry
• Proven experience with KYC and CDD processes
• On-site work environment
