Customer Service Officer (1 year renewable contract)
Job Duties:
• Handling inquiries and feedback from customers and sales consultants
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service align with the company guideline
• Assist in digital project, UAT in customer service
Qualifications:
• Degree holder is preferred.
• Diploma or higher (possessing professional insurance qualifications such as IIQE or FLMI is a plus) would be considered
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the life insurance sector, with a strong background in customer relationship management
• Experience in handling digital project would be a plus
