We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Customer Services Officer / Senior Officer in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer requests and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction is consistently high
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using internal systems
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and implement solutions effectively
- Assist in managing service improvements and process enhancement initiatives

Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in customer service or a client-facing role; candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Officer position
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin as an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with customer service software systems
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
