  • Prepare detailed reports and updates for senior management on internal control and audit findings.
  • Keep up to date on regulatory developments and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of SOX requirements and internal control frameworks such as COSO.
  • Proven experience in managing audit projects and delivering process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with audit tools or data analytics software is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
