We are seeking a skilled and motivated End User Support / Help Desk professional to provide high-quality technical support to end users across a wide range of technologies and applications. Based in Hong Kong, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations, including diagnosing hardware and software issues, responding to tickets, and maintaining the overall efficiency of IT systems. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows and macOS operating systems, MS Office suites, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools. Familiarity with network troubleshooting and mobile device support (iOS and Android) is essential. This role involves managing user accounts, setting up new user workstations, software installation, printer maintenance, and assisting users with basic IT training when necessary. Candidates must have strong problem-solving capabilities, a customer-focused mindset, and the aptitude to manage priorities effectively.

A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 1–3 years of relevant technical support or help desk experience. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or ITIL Foundation are advantageous. Candidates must be fluent in English, with Cantonese and/or Mandarin an added benefit.
