Key Responsibilities
- Support underwriting of new and renewal Financial Lines business across multiple products
- Assess risks, review submissions, and assist in pricing and structuring deals
- Work closely with brokers to manage relationships and ensure smooth servicing
- Prepare underwriting documentation and maintain accurate records
- Monitor portfolio activity and support team targets on growth and profitability
- Keep up to date with market trends and emerging risks
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Financial Lines underwriting
- Exposure across products such as D&O, PI, FI or similar
- Strong analytical mindset with good attention to detail
- Good communication skills and confidence working with brokers
- Degree in a relevant discipline preferred
