About the Role
The (Senior) Health Digital Product Manager will be instrumental in driving digital growth across multiple Asian markets through the development of customer-centric digital propositions, localisation of market solutions, and strategic partnership management. The role supports the digital transformation of the health and benefits sector and aligns closely with cross-regional stakeholders to ensure that digital strategies meet client demands and shifting market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and launch of new paid-for digital health products, working closely with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, finance, and marketing.
- Apply customer insights to shape relevant and impactful digital health product strategies tailored to local market needs.
- Gather and consolidate client feedback for continuous product optimisation and evolution of features.
- Create and manage support materials, training documentation, and protocols to streamline product adoption and client onboarding.
- Drive the adoption and rollout of digital health propositions across additional markets in Asia, maintaining strategic alignment and scalability.
- Collaborate with advisory, vendor management, and marketplace teams to build and refine frameworks for digital partner onboarding and management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service, employee benefits, insurance broking, or ownership of digital solutions.
- Degree or diploma in a related field such as business, digital innovation, health sciences, or technology.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with proven experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and organisational capabilities, with a proactive and self-driven approach to work.
- Sound knowledge of digital trends in the health and insurance industries and their strategic applications.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional Asian language such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa Malaysia, or Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
