Role Overview
The HFT Trader will lead initiatives to research, develop, and deploy high-frequency trading strategies, primarily in futures, equities, FX, options, or crypto markets. Reporting to senior management, the role requires close collaboration with quantitative researchers and engineering teams to enhance latency and performance, monitor live systems, and manage risk during volatile market conditions. The successful candidate will also contribute to strategic decisions on market expansion, infrastructure, and new trading opportunities globally.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-frequency or systematic trading
- Strong track record of running profitable HFT strategies
- Deep understanding of market microstructure and electronic trading dynamics
- Experience leading strategy initiatives or managing senior trading/research personnel
- Proficiency in Python and/or C++ preferred
- Ability to collaborate with low-latency engineering and infrastructure teams
- Familiarity with statistical modelling, signal research, and real-time trading systems
