- Portfolio Expansion & Solution Cross-Selling: Deepen existing client relationships by offering wealth solutions—including Investment & Insurance (I&I), treasury services, and MPF programs—to maximize customer value.
- Client Engagement & Risk Control: Build enduring partnerships with corporate decision-makers while maintaining strict adherence to credit risk standards and internal bank compliance guidelines.
- Team Guidance & Internal Alignment: Support junior colleagues on business development tactics while partnering with cross-functional product teams to accelerate onboarding and credit processing.
- Education: Diploma or degree holder, ideally in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years in commercial or SME banking relationship management and business development. A strong background in new-to-bank customer acquisition is highly desirable.
- Regulatory Qualifications: Valid IIQE (Papers 1, 3, 5) and HKSI (Papers 1, 7, 8) credentials for distributing wealth and insurance offerings.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Solid grasp of SME commercial banking products, deposit structures, credit facilities, and government-backed financing programs (e.g., SFGS).
- Core Competencies: Results-driven mindset with sharp commercial acuity, strong communication skills, and proven negotiation ability with business executives.
- Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
