We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in digital asset management to play a pivotal role in delivering technology solutions within a dynamic and agile environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end project lifecycles for digital asset initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, QA specialists, infrastructure engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. You will be expected to bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into specific project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycle for IT initiatives related to digital asset management, from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligning with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders at various organisational levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, IT governance, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, preferably within digital asset or financial services domains.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, digital asset technologies, and software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
