Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the go-to-market strategy for your designated territory.
  • Sell lending services, including commercial loan origination and credit assessment, to new clients, driving revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new accounts and maintain a network of prospects.
  • Reach out to potential customers to promote targeted products and services.
  • Collaborate with a sales team to sell assigned products to key accounts.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, market insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals to clients using available resources and tools.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals that align with customer expectations and company capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.
  • Achieve established sales goals and objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in software and solution sales.
  • Familiarity with lending products or core banking solutions.
  • Proficiency in Korean and willingness to travel to Korea for market responsibilities.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical skills to assess client business needs.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Preferred: a demonstrated history of involvement in industry trade groups.
  • Capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Travel may be required.
