We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Life Insurance Senior Officer to support our agency sales recruitment efforts. Based in Kowloon, Hong Kong, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing recruitment strategies, coordinating events, and preparing promotional materials to attract top talent within the insurance industry. The successful candidate will assist in organising agency recruitment events, including handling logistics, managing enrolments, and preparing event materials. You will be responsible for creating promotional content such as posters and email campaigns aimed at engaging prospective candidates. Additionally, you will collect and consolidate market data, as well as company insights, to develop recruitment tools such as brochures, roll-up banners, and informative leaflets.
You will work closely with external vendors, designers, and technicians to ensure the smooth execution of events and workshops. Moreover, this role entails daily administrative responsibilities, including payment processes and general support to ensure operational efficiency.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience. Familiarity with agency recruitment and development is highly desirable, offering a distinct advantage. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential, as effective communication is key to success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
