Marketing Manager

The position involves managing the company's digital presence, overseeing content across multiple platforms, supporting external promotions, and collaborating with cross-departmental teams to drive brand growth and engagement. Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing various social media accounts, optimizing web content, preparing promotional materials, and supporting joint venture marketing activities. This role is key to strengthening the brand’s global presence and ensuring alignment across all marketing channels.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields (preferred)
• At least 4 years in digital marketing or social media operations, preferably in tech, robotics, or hardware products
• Familiarity with platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, and LinkedIn
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere, Canva, PowerPoint/Keynote) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WeChat Data Assistant)
• Strong copywriting, visual design, and PPT skills with the ability to independently plan creative content
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms with a data-driven marketing mindset
• Fluency in English (reading and writing marketing content, international collaboration emails); CET-6 or equivalent (required)
• Experience supporting overseas marketing and cross-cultural communication
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize the humanoid robot product website, including content updates and SEO activities
• Plan and execute content strategies for WeChat Official Account, Weibo, Douyin, and LinkedIn, including articles, videos, and user engagement activities
• Develop and implement cross-platform content calendars, monitor data analytics, and refine strategies through testing and feedback
• Prepare PPT materials for external promotions such as investor roadshows, industry exhibitions, and media communications
• Support external joint venture marketing activities, including content planning, on-site branding, and event execution
• Collaborate closely with product, design, sales, and joint venture teams to gather feedback and ensure content compliance with policies and regulations
Requirements:
• Right to work in Shanghai and on-site availability in Shanghai
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media operations
• Proficiency in content creation and analytics tools
• Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields
